Terms and Conditions

1. We do not accept returns nor offer refunds. In some circumstances, we can offer store credit or replacement only. We reserve the right to grant store credit or item replacement in certain circumstances: Orders that have been damaged or have malfunctioned within 14 days of delivery confirmation. We do not accept returns, refunds or store credit for purchases on individual crystals. Size, shape, texture and weight will vary among these items.​​

2. If we are handcrafting the items purchased, order processing times will vary. Once products are completed and finalized they will ship via the United States Postal Service on the next business day. 

3. Crystal/Stone purchases: orders will be shipped on the next business day via United States Postal Service after the order has been processed. We do not accept returns, refunds or store credit for purchases on individual or bulk crystals. Size, shape, texture and weight will vary among these items.

4. Delivery time: Determined by your location. You will be informed when your purchase has been shipped. 

5. Payments: We accept cash (in person and craft show locations only) Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal 

6. Cancellation policy: We will offer cancellation only if informed within 1 hour of your order placement.
