Store Policy

  1. We do not accept returns nor grant refunds. In certain circumstances and at our discretion, we may offer store credit. These circumstances include but are not limited to: Damaged items; Malfunctions in items within 14 days of purchase; Incorrect items shipped.   

  2. We do not offer returns/refunds/store credit/exchanges on individual or bulk orders of Crystals/Stones. These items are naturally formed and will always vary in size, shape, texture and color. See section 1 on store credit due to other circumstances. 

  3. Delivery on Handcrafted items: Some of our orders are made-to-order and handcrafted. Due to this, shipping and delivery times will vary. When your item is complete, it will be shipped the next business day via United States Postal Service and you will then be notified.

  4. Cancellations: We offer the option to cancel your order if given the notice within 1 hour of your order placement. After that time, your order can not be cancelled. We take great care in packaging and strive to get your order shipped as fast as possible.

  5. LuvedCrystals LLC is not responsible for any customs or imports taxes.

  6.  We accept all payments forms supported by Paypal and Cash (in person, at craft shows only)

  7. We are not liable for any bodily harm due to any of the products offered from LuvedCrystals LLC. DO NOT ingest any ingredient listed in our products. Use caution when applying any of our products on/around your skin/eyes as some individuals will have sensitivities to the ingredients used. Take precautions when burning sage and other herbs. Do not use around children.
